Course Description

The 2018 Haulin’ Aspen participants will enjoy spectacular singletrack, beginning and ending at Wanoga Sno-Park.

The course weaves through our renowned single track, double track and forest service roads featuring stunning views, rolling terrain and beautiful Ponderosa just outside of Bend, Oregon!

The start-finish festivities will be at Wanoga Sno-Park (elevation 5500′) and the trails will weave through the amazing forests and buttes down toward Wangoa Butte and Kiwa Springs.  Course Maps are below – courses are subject to change if trail conditions necessitate them.

Aid Stations will be stocked with water, GU Brew and Gu gels.

Aid Stations:  there will be six aid stations along the Marathon course.  You will pass through two aid stations twice for a total of eight aid opportunities. Aid stations are located at approximately mile 2.4, 4.7, 9.5, 12.6, 15.2. 19.1 21.2 and 23.8.  **Please note that there are 5miles between aid stations 2 and 3.  Also be prepared for a 700 foot vertical gain climb from mile 21.5 to mile 24.  There will be an aid station at the beginning and end of the climb**

Aid Stations:  There will be 3 aid stations along the half marathon course.  You will pass through one aid station twice for a total of 4 aid opportunities.  Aid stations will be located at approximately mile 2.4, 4.7, 7.6, and 10.8.
